Some of the features I select provide me with pop-up menus about their use, but I can’t get them to work yet.
We announce features that are “coming soon” so that we have the opportunity to receive recommendations from users in the weeks before the feature is launched. We find that the feature better addresses our users’ needs if they have a chance to view it in its eventual context first and provide us with suggestions.

If I register as a member of FCHQ, what will you do with my contact information?
We will not sell your name to mailing list companies or flood you with solicitations. We will alert you to new features, provide you with web and print publications if you subscribe to them, and do our best to serve you better as we learn more about you.

I have tried contacting someone you list in your directory, but the contact information does not seem to be correct.
We work diligently to keep our data current and accurate. However, sometimes people change phone numbers or addresses and do not alert us right away. Please let us know by email what inaccuracies you have found and we will do the research to find the correct information and then email you back with the results.
